I had ordered a vac packed smoked turkey right after the holidays and
tonight we went to our podded family group and had the turkey, green
beans with almonds, some potatoes, Silver Palate salad of wild rice
with pecans, plain green salad, and corn bread made with added corn
kernels, jalapenos, and Colby cheese.

Lots of mustards and other tangy condiments, too.

Monday the rest of that turkey goes into bean soup.
