We had a vegetarian pizza with a partial whole wheat flour crust (1/2
cup whole wheat flour and 1 1/2 cups white flour). Topped with a sauce
made from Passata and tomato paste, pepper, dried oregano, basil and a
crushed garlic clove, lots of red onion, red pepper, green pepper, hot
pepper and mushrooms.

Tomorrow we will be having grilled beef tenderloin steaks.
