The only way I like those boneless chicken breasts is to pound them as thin as
possible with a meat mallet, then dip them in seasoned bread crumbs, and then
panfry them in a little light olive oil.
Personally, the breast is my least favorite part of the chicken. I prefer legs
or thighs.
