For some reason that I don´t understand, Our email now comes with a "Word
of the Day". I don´t resent it and am seldom stumped. Today I was.
Without googling, how many of you know the word "gelid"? Be honest when
you raise your hand.
I don´t live in a gelid climate, so maybe that´s why I didn't know the
word.
Brrrr! It´s positively gelid out there!
Nope. Not once in my life have I heard that expression.
