Dave's not required to use the Canadian library system.
I poked around a bit and learned that if I want to download e-books from
my local library, they have an app that you install on your device. The books
are apparently in Epub format, so it's unclear to me what's unique about
the app. Perhaps it talks to their server in a way it understands.
