I was referring to generic tablet PCs like the iPad, the Samsung Galaxy, etc.
I'd never buy a dedicated e-reader when the app works just fine on a generic
tablet.

Provided, of course, the Kobo app works with Canadian libraries. (I have to
say, it's weird to me that all the libraries in Canada are the same. I'd never
expect that in the U.S.)
