Nothing is easier to hand wash than a bowl and a dough hook... fill
the bowl with hot tap water, add dishwashing liquid, the dough hook
and anything else needs washing... in less than five minutes
everything is clean, dried, and put away. Living alone you can't
possibly have much kitchen washing unless you're a slob.
