OK, I see why you did not like them. Neither turkey nor coconut flour
should be in the same room as a meatball.

Ground beef is good, better is 50% beef, 25% each of pork and veal
Egg
Stale Italian bread (breadcrumbs in a pinch)
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Optional is grated cheese.

Mix, make into balls. Fry to get a little crust on the outside, toss
into the sauce for a couple of hours.
