> I quit going to Pizza Hut when the last time I went in they required a phone number to place an order. Not an over the phone or delivery order, they require a phone number when you're standing in front of them with cash money in your hand. The girl at the counter refused to take an order without a phone number. Yeah I could give them a made up number or the time and weather number but I'm not going to jump through corporate hoops. That's the first time any eatery has made that requirement. There are endless places to get pizza.
These days, eateries want your name and address and phone number in the event that they have to do contact tracing due to the pandemic. i suppose your could do all your business through a third party proxy. My guess is that it's going to take at least 6 months for this most dangerous year to be over. Plan accordingly.
