No tax on Social Security or pension funds here, it evens out. Y'all have a low local
sales tax and make up for with a state income tax. I had a friend who lived in
Pennsylvania and they had no tax on clothes, I can't remember if they had a sales
tax on food or not. But they have a state income tax and have to pay for a state
inspection on vehicles.
