That's true. Tax laws are not simple and there is no way to please
everyone. That's why countries, states and provinces have their own tax
laws. Some have sales taxes and some do not. Some have programs that
need funding and others see no need for those services if it is going to
cost the taxpayers more.
I remember some toilet stall graffiti from the early 70s.... when shit
becomes of value the poor will be born without assholes.
