We had a sort of Greek salad of tomatoes, cucumber, yellow peppers,
finely chopped cauliflower, some black olives, lentils and a little low
sodium feta with lemony dressing and served of lettuce, pita and hummus
on the side.
I think this is the best hummus I have ever made. I did it the normal
way with chick peas, tahini, lemon juice and pepper. I toasted some
cumin seeds and then pounded them in the mortar and pestle and added
them and a few good dashes of Habanero sauce.
Delicious.
