Default Dinner Tonight: a Juicy Burger

A 1/4 lb. ground chuck burger seasoned with S&P, a scant sprinkling of
garlic powder, cooked in a small cast iron skillet with a splash of
Worcestershire sauce. Cooked to medium rare and topped with a slice of
sharp cheddar. Served on a toasted whole wheat bun. Lays kettle chips
on the side but yes, also a couple of potato chips ON top of the
cheeseburger. I've been adding potato chips to burgers since I was a
kid. It's not the same thing at all as adding french fries or onion
rings on a sandwich, BTW. It's the crunch from the chips that makes the
difference. I like them that way.

Also plain. No condiments, no lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. Just the
beef and the cheese and the toasted bun and the potato chips.
