I should try it again. There are foods I grew up with and did not like
until they were prepared in another way. Sweet potatoes, butternut
squash, cauliflower come to mind.

I recall some years ago having dinner with friends and she made
cauliflower. To be polite, I took a small serving. After tasting it, I
went back for more.

Damn, you should have posted earlier to give me time to get there. You
are probably 7 - 8 hours from me
