I sometimes buy the dark red kidney beans in "sauce" (they call them
"chili beans"). I do use them when I make a quick batch of chili con
carne. But other times I simply heat up the beans in the sauce,
sprinkle some shredded "Mexican" cheese blend on top and have that as a
quick meal.
