Joan, for your chili, try the "small red beans" they are exactly
the same as the regular kidney beans, but don't have the tough ass
skins. Of course, disregard if you prefer the tougher kidney beans.

Great northerns are wonderful, but also try navy beans. Similar,
and trust me, they won't turn you into a raving sex maniac like Popeye!
