I had some chicken drumsticks. It's my least favorite chicken! It was cooked in a Ronco Industries rotisserie. I think a couple of chicken hindquarters would have been just spiffy. Too bad we no more.

What I really want is a rib roast cooked on the rotisserie. I told my daughter to pick up one but the store no more either. She brought back a chuck roast. I could barely hide my disappointment. Oh well, when life hands you a chuck, you make pot roast.
