So those are the only choices: grow your own or buy them at the supermarket?

I can think of a number of sources off the top of my head: Gifts from friends (unlikely
in this case, I'll grant you), farm stands, farmers' markets, CSA boxes. I'm sure I'll
think of more as soon as I click "Post message".
