I know what it is but never bought one, paella is not a favorite dish,
the only rice dish I eat is fly lice. Paella can be cooked in any
covered pan/pot I'd use to fry Spam and eggs. I make paella
occasionally but don't use rice, I use orzo. I think orzo makes much
better fly lice.
