Cookware is one of the "finds" -- products that appear intermittently
or only once. I do wish Aldi had a website telling you when products
are in season -- but it might well be that it's different for each
store; it would make sense to rotate among stores to keep a steady
demand for things that sell only a few a year in any one place.

Mine is arranged so that you can take only one lap through the store
and get out, with seasonal stuff first and the frozen food last, with
refrigerated items just before the frozen food.

Or it was last March. (Whine).
