He could delete his posts, then perjure himself, but you can't *really* delete posts.

You do have a point there. He seems to feel he is 'qualified' to give
diagnosis (even though he isn't) and then posts that diagnosis in a
public forum. Which is clearly unethical to do so. Nobody is going to
take it seriously but understand why you object to it.
