The ethics violations are clear. I never presented myself for care, and never agreed with a diagnosis being shared with the whole world. He wrote "....as a Registered Nurse I correctly diagnosed Bryan as Narcissistic Personality Disorder." He has committed malpractice. He could delete his posts, then perjure himself, but you can't *really* delete posts.
