I was really just joking. I pretty much think that your way of eating is more healthful.
I made pulled pork sandwiches for dinner. I sous vided a boneless pork loin in the vac bag it came in for about 12 hours, poured the liquid into a saucepan to reduce, and smoked the pork loin for about 3 hours with hickory. I combined the reduced "broth" with a bottle of BBQ sauce, and added only a little extra hot chilli powder.
The only side was cream cheese dip (cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic salt and Worcestershire) with potato chips.
