Jarred mayo/MW are nasty. Mayonnaise can be a nice thing made with fresh egg yolk, *good* oil (not the shitty soy or Canola they put in the jarred stuff), lemon juice, salt, and maybe something to flavor it a little. There's nothing wrong with subbing in a tiny bit of a favorite vinegar for a portion of the lemon juice.
