I can't speak to Sparkletts water delivery. Just putting out there for
general information how to get out of those endless telephone menu
loops. It doesn't matter what business you're calling. Pressing 0 a few
times usually works, as does saying "operator", "agent" or
"representative". IMHO, it gets you talking to an actual person more
quickly.

I do hope Ken gets his water delivery sorted out.
