Thanks for the pictures. I like the second one best but that's probably
because I used to be a printer. Quilting is big on this rock. Mostly, it's
done by the older generation. My guess is that it's some kind of thing that
the missionaries taught because it was seen as a wholesome, activity that
kept idle hands busy. The Hawaiian quilts are mostly based on plant motifs.
