Mrs. Beitel gave me a set of Circulon Symmetry cookware for Christmas 2017.
This set, I think: <https://www.amazon.com/Circulon-87526-Symmetry-Dishwasher-Anodized/dp/B005GYUNQG/ref=dp_ob_title_kitchen?th=1>
I can attest that they work really well. They are still in "good as new" condition.[1] And yes, the handles are 400-degree (F) oven-tolerant.
Hard anodizing is way better than coatings, in my experience with both. Also better than stainless (stickier) and cast iron (heavy, can be leachy, needs re-seasoning sometimes), although I still use my stainless pots for veggies, soup etc. and my cast iron pieces when I want to burn the shit out of something. :-) [2]
[1] I dropped the smaller frying pan on edge on the tiled floor. A couple of judicious WHANGS with a dead-blow hammer restored it to roundness without affecting the coating at all.
[2] Or want the latent heat capacity for something like a deep-dish pizza or Dutch Baby or some cornbread recipes.
So, two thumbs up for Circulon from me.
