It is legal here now, but it is subject to regulations. You can grow up
to four plants. You can buy it online and at legally licensed stores.
You can only have it in a car if it is an unopened package from a
licensed store. You can smoke it any place where you can smoke tobacco,
so that rules out bars, restaurants, parks, hospitals, school yards....

Hmmm.... I just checked and it does have a web site and you can
subscribe. I guess the question is where to buy magazines these days.
Magazine kiosks have disappeared from most of the local malls and
convenience stores have only a dozen or so different magazines rather
than the dozens they used to offer. A couple weeks ago I went to the
smoke shop across an office where I used to work. they used to have
magazine racks along one long wall, the wall, a half wall and then
several display racks down the middle. They had hundreds of periodicals
for sale. They there is just the one wall, and only a few titles to
choose from.
