I agree. But could never figure a way to do them (spritzing, pans with
water, etc) without opening the oven door. Your pressure cooker solution
would work. If I was really industrious, I suppose I could retrofit my oven
with an adaptation of the pressurized misting system I built for my sprout
farm.
