Nobody gives a shit about the color. It's good he wasn't immediately
shot dead. Most dutch assholes are shot by the first policeman they
encounter. In the U.S., all law enforcement are trained to shoot
dutch assholes on sight.

If you get stopped here for speeding, the officer will put 6 slugs
into you as soon as they discover you are a nasty dutch asshole. If
you are only an Australian, only three rounds. Or they might let you go.
