Many years ago, I used to travel into the city (Sydney) to a health
food store for freshly made peanut butter, almond butter and others.
They had a machine and would make it on the spot for you. It's just so
much better than the usual supermarket bought peanut butters. It had a
short shelf life, but it never lasted long enough for that to be an
issue for me anyway.
