I don't actually care about his "introduction" to Swiss chard. He's
always talking about using 12 eggs for 2 people. An omelet. That's not
an omelet. A frittata, perhaps. Then reheated. Ugh. Overcooked,
reheated, rubbery eggs.

It's not that difficult to crack a few eggs to serve two people. Add
chard or spinach or whatever. I have no idea why he thinks it's a great
idea to cook a dozen eggs at one time for two people.
