Chicken stock today

I've never cooked a stewing hen. These days they aren't sold in stores. Beats the heck out of me where all the old hens go. My guess is that they go to some island somewhere to laze in the sunshine.
If I did have a stewing hen, I probably stick it in the pressure cooker and cook the shit out of it. Yeah, that's the ticket.
