I,ve never used these at all, for anything. Last year they were being sold in late summer at a local farmer's market. I,m going to try a few of them for stuffed peppers along with some bell peppers. Stuffed peppers being Euro style with maybe beef, but always pork, spices, and rice. Cooked white rice. Anyone use these peppers for stuffing? They don't have much heat I'm told.
