I don't think he'd like it either. OTOH, I might be able to cook up a batch that he'd like - or not. Kim chee fried rice is all the rage on this rock. It might hit the mainland soon. Korean food and culture is trendy on the mainland.

I knew he'd love Spam fried rice. I haven't made fried rice with pineapple. That's a little odd but I suppose that's what makes it "luau." Please keep up the good work.
