I always heard it as "gar-own-tee!".

Justin started out as an engineer and picked up the Cajun twang to
enhance his presentations.

I loved that he drank as much white wine as he used in his recipes. The
only thiing I didn't like was his use of "baking bags", which he used
for everything from rice to roasts. I only used 'em as substitute for
the insanely expensive bags used in my 'weed evaporator' (which I no
longer use).
