I use lettuce in sandwiches but not in hot sandwiches, I wouldn't add
lettuce to a fried egg sandwich but it goes into sliced hardcooked egg
sandwiches. We use a lot of lettuce, all kinds, but mostly for
salads. We like escarole too.
