That is not what I said at all. I said that I thought they were selling
produce that was past its prime. That is not always the case. It was
recently with zucchini, yellow peppers and cucumbers. All were
wrinkled/sorry. I have seen bad peppers at many stores, including Whole
Foods and Central Market. It happens.
I did buy rotted onions at Costco. I don't think I ever said anything about
their potatoes. The bags are so large, I would never buy them as we'd never
eat that many.
