They're both Pad Thai, Gary. I think you would find most Thai food to
be not as particularly filling as they appear to be in photos. Which
is why this meme is SO true: https://postimg.cc/CBQ9qXL8

That said, Pad Thai is probably better suited to lunch... technically
we had brunch on the day.


The wife is making a rice congee now for breakfast and that's
definitely quite light and not very filling. I might take some pics
and make and post about it later. It's really delicious.

I do tend to eat less when I'm away from the wife too I'd probably
do similar, but maybe with some fruit at some point as well.

I am in the middle of making 'Musubi' chicken with rice. Dsi1 will
understand that but it was what I called it ) It is chicken cooked in a
sauce with soy, Chinese wine, brown sugar, onions, leeks etc. Very popular
in this house)
