That's a landscaper. I knew a real gardener once. Don't ever ask
them to do landscaping or compare them to one (if they're good at
what they do).

If he's trimming any of Julies bush, that thing's gonna look like
bonsai (lots of old wood trunks and a few tiny leaves). Because I
doubt it looks like Kensington Garden.

I'm doing my once every 10 years of gardening today. Fortunately my
yard is 1/5th the size of my wooded area. I've still 120 feet of 4"
thick Vitex limbs to cut with a manual saw.
