Ok this was a second attempt at the pineapple burger was a success.
Thanks to dsi1 corrections have been made and what came out was
delicious. Using dehydrated, or at least partially dehydrated
pineapple slices cut into a dice and mixed with 93% ground beef topped
with tom toms and onions and Dijon and ketchup on a piece of lentil
thin cake, the burger was fantastic... Lots of pineapple flavor that
did not clash with any of the toppings.
