I had some coffee at a restaurant yesterday that was pretty good. I'm drinking some great coffee now. It makes me happy. I made it.

My son was in Seattle/Washington/Oregon last week. He brought home some t-shirts for the family. I got a bottle of stuff called "umami." I tried it on a pizza. As far as that goes, you might as well stick MSG or grated Parmesan in a bottle and label it "umami."
