When soaking raw cut potatoes a bit, I wonder if you soaked them
in a strong beef stock would flavor them a bit rather than using
beef fat for cooking? I normally make my own fries from fresh
cut potatoes. They always turn out fantastic. Cut with skins on.
Ever hear of "Boardwalk Fries?"
