We got an air fryer a month or two ago and have been getting good use
out of it.

We have kept it simple. We have tried them with and without the peel and
we both agreed they are better without. We peel and slice the potatoes
and soak them for at least 20 minutes. Dump the water, pat the chips
dry, toss in a bowl with about 1/2 tblsp light olive oil and then cook
in a preheated air fryer for 18 -20 minutes, tossing them half way through.

I did frozen samosas in 10 minutes and they turned out perfectly.
