old posts aside, celery salt has a long and illustrious career.
It's been a staple on "Chi-dogs" (Chicago-style hot dogs) fer yrs.
Emeril's "BAM" is heavy on celery salt (like most Cajun cuisine). I use
it all the time when I forget to buy real celery.
