I bought a prime rib roast there to be cooked for New Years Day. It was
great, and it was way cheaper than the butcher or the grocery store.
The only negative was that it had been too well trimmed. They had
trimmed too much of the fat off. It was nice not to have to pay prime
rib prices for fat, but we needed it for drippings and Yorkies. My wife
was at the butcher for sirloin for meat pies and got him to throw in
some extra fat. The prime rib was excellent.
