I make a similar soup but mine uses soft/fresh corn tortillas, stacked
and cut into ~3/8" wide noodles with a pizza cutter, as long/short as
you like. I use pork and make a stock from shoulder chops. I don't
use cilantro, to me it tastes like soap... I prefer green onions.
