Of course I have lived elsewhere. I was born in KS and have lived in MA, CA,
PA, NY and WA. Yes, even in Seattle. I did mention in my original reply that
the shop was at Pike Place. I doubted it would still be there because that
was something like 40 years ago. But it's still there.
