You should change your Usenet provider. Perhaps they think you're using too much bandwidth. Whatever it is, it doesn't matter - they got your number. I would stay away from Google Groups though. Google doesn't allow promiscuous postings all over town. They think I overpost sometimes. What??? That's the breaks.
