Tossed salad with sun dried tomatoes, dressed with balsamic and EVOO.

Leftover pot roast hash. I diced a leftover potato and browned it
in butter. I wish I'd had some onion, but didn't feel like bothering.
Once the potatoes were done, I mixed in the diced beef and just let
the residual heat take the chill off the meat.
